• Q1.9.33. I think that’s that odd long loop action that I’m eh on.

• Okoro showing some flashes, blocks Wiggs. And then Wiggs with a nice backdoor cut.

• After the Nets backdoored the Dubs literally 18 times in a row, maybe GSW is now sold on that part of the motion O.

• Seems like every time the Dubs go into the 2-3 zone, the opponent scores immediately.

• Oubre took a very low percentage bank shot, but I think it’s because he saw Our Guy Juanito under the basket alone for a rebound.

• Yikes on Steph knee.

• Q1.2.20. HORNS Short and we get really far down into the play options. Don’t get much. Then two plays where Steph dribbles twice and steps back for 6 points. Helpful option.

• Mulder doing a pretty good job using raw speed to defend Osman.

• End of Q1. Damian Lee runs the Klay play. Second time this season and he’s barely hit the rim both times.

• JaVale held the title of God of Chaos while with GSW, and the play has just been jumbled and wacky since he’s been running the show with CLE second unit

• Well, Our Guy Juanito threw that into the stands, but I think it’s because Bazemore didn’t cut baseline for the layup

• Steph roasted Osman in the 2018 Finals and keeps the streak going.

• Bazemore increases his 3P% from the left corner to 145%

• Q2.4.10. Oooh, the Iverson Cut play, CLE switches to cover the Oubre dunk, play flows into later options, ends with a Bazemore circus shot and-1

• Never. I think Dray yelled “And 1” when his child was born.

• OUR GUY JUANITO measured that block twice, cut once

• Ooof, Okoro with some special defensive hustle plays, but that fast break charge was Day 1 Wiseman like.

• Okoro looks concussed. Looked like he landed on his back and head

• Dray and Juanito were DYING to get the ball in. They hurried the inbound, ran up fast so Juanito could screen for Steph while Allen was in drop coverage. Steph was not in a hurry. They ended up getting a similar shot ten seconds later.

• Another Steph backscreen for an Oubre dunk

• I really think Steph’s release has gotten slightly quicker

• On Allen chewing out Sexton, I assume it’s because the play before, Steph screened Allen and Sexton jumped the wrong way and let Dray go by for a dunk. Probably there were unkind words shared right afterwards, and it continued into halftime.

• Dray demanded a challenge. Probably worth to avoid a 4th foul.

• Not on replay, but Allen had a clear dunk and Dray quickly poked it off Allen’s face

• That was an incredible play by Dray on that challenge play.

• Q3.11.10. The new variation on the Motion Weak PNR with a throwback to the top, but NO it’s a COUNTER, the Dray fake handoff. Wish I could find the throwback play on video

• Steph is using advanced pool ball physics to get some of these layups to go

• is it fair to say that Cedi Osman is the maximum best case scenario for Smailagic

• I like how the Dubs are emphasizing the backcut tonight. Dray being a bit daring though trying to force the passes in.

• Our Guy Juanito with the backcut and… makes both free throws. Small fist pump

• The % of dunks I would guess literally more than half are due to Steph backscreens or gravity.

• Baze’ s LEFT corner 3P% is currently 145%, so that remains higher.

• Our Guy Juanito with the dunk off the dive-pop split cut. Two Cavs caught watching Steph

• Then the “Dummy” inbound play to get Mulder a sweet open corner 3. The Dummy inbound is fun, but VERY hard to E1P because it’s very hard to catch on film. Like literally so many times it happens before the camera cuts back to the action. Then also, They play takes (also literally) two seconds, so it would be a very short E1P.

• Steph with the hustle to squirt the rebound out between two taller Cavs.

• It’s coming. GSW may be stubborn but I don’t think they are stupid. But I bet they do it on the last possible day.

• OUR GUY JUANITO with the find of Oubre for a dunk. You can’t send Our Guy back to the G League. You can’t.

• I’m not sure that was flagrant, but definitely unnecessary. But A LOT of JaVale plays involve wild flailing

• This lead is actually not that safe. Easily blowable by the bench.
