San Francisco 49ers quarterback Josh Rosen had one of the worst interceptions of the preseason on Saturday night.
Rosen, the former top NFL Draft pick, has gotten off to a rough start in his professional career. The 24-year-old former No. 10 overall pick is on his fourth team. Based on his performance on Saturday night, Rosen could soon be looking for a fifth.
The former UCLA Bruins star had arguably the worst throw of the preseason on Saturday evening.
Rosen was easily picked off by the Kansas City Chiefs when he wildly overthrew his wide receiver across the middle.
“Josh Rosen is good, he was just in a bad situation”

This was more of the same for Rosen, who had been struggling at 49ers camp after a promising start.
“I think he started off real well,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan previously said of Rosen. “I think he’s taken a couple of steps back the last few practices. You know, it was unfortunate on [interception during Sunday’s practice]. We were supposed to go to someone and we had a busted route, so then it kind of fell apart and he tried to overcompensate and he made a bad situation worse.”
It was just game one of the preseason, but Rosen will need to be much better moving forward.
