The San Francisco Giants will be wrapping up another week of baseball this weekend, which means it’s time to check in to see who you all think was the Player of the Week.
I’m not gonna lie, it was kind of slim pickings this week. I pre-write these articles, so I was facing down the barrel of an entire week of losses before the Giants finally managed a win on Wednesday. So I’ve decided that I’m picking exclusively from Wednesday’s game for both Player of the Week and for the highlights.
So my pick this week is going to be Jung Hoo Lee. In his five at-bats in Wednesday’s game, Lee had three hits, two runs, and an RBI. That’s practically Player of the Year material, given the way the team has been playing lately.
