Sacramento Kings forward DeMar DeRozan was involved in an altercation at a Los Angeles restaurant. TMZ obtained video of DeRozan apparently fighting with another man while inside the restaurant.
The incident allegedly began when the man flashed a bright light from his phone in DeRozan’s face. The NBA veteran reportedly knocked the phone from the man’s hand, which caused the altercation.
Witnesses, as well as a video posted by who is assumed to be the other man, corroborate that report. DeRozan is heard in the second video saying “Come on, man, don’t walk up on me” before the altercation began. The man then cut to himself in the back of an ambulance, while a paramedic asks “Are you sure you don’t want to drive yourself?”
Neither the Kings nor the NBA have commented on the incident.
