The time has come!
The time has come for some young basketball players to see their dreams become a reality. Yes, the 2025 NBA Draft is upon us, in all it’s glory.
It’s not the most exciting draft day that we’ve seen, for a few reasons. The league has switched to a two-day schedule, so it’s just one round tonight. There’s no mystery at the top of the draft, as Cooper Flagg will be taken first unless the Dallas Mavericks do the second-dumbest thing in franchise history. And the Golden State Warriors don’t have a pick, so unless they make a surprising trade, we’ll have to wait until Thursday’s Day 2 to see them in action.
But it’s an exciting time nonetheless, so let’s hang out and talk about the magic … or at least, the picks.
