The Golden State Warriors host another game at the Chase Center with tonight’s matchup against the Charlotte Hornets. The game will be played at 7:00PM PT in San Francisco and can be watched on NBC Sports Bay Area.

Golden State extended its winning streak to three games with a dominant 126-102 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday. The Warriors set the tone early on both sides of the floor with a pair of 16-0 and 11-0 first-quarter runs.
Then, Stephen Curry, who led the way with a game-high 30 points, put the game out of reach with a signature “Night Night” celebration three to top off a big 16-point third quarter.

What to watch for tonight:
Tonight, the Warriors take on a slumping Hornets team that has lost six of their last seven games, including their last three in a row. Charlotte (14-42) owns the second-worst record in the Eastern Conference, largely stemming from their struggles on offense.
Despite LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, and Miles Bridges each averaging over 20 points per game, the Hornets rank second-to-last in offensive rating (107.0). A big part of that is due to the team’s inability to stay healthy, which will be the case once again on Tuesday night with Ball and Miller ruled out.

Golden State, meanwhile, has tightened up defensively, especially since Jimmy Butler’s arrival. The Warriors held Dallas, the NBA’s eighth-ranked offense, to a season-low 18 points in the first quarter on Sunday.
For the season, the Warriors rank ninth in defensive rating, but in six games with Butler, they’ve jumped to fourth (106.8). Expect Golden State to capitalize on this edge as they push for a fourth straight win.
