Steph Curry put the lights out on France and the entire Olympic tournament with his performance in today’s gold medal game for Team USA.
Taking to X after the game, Curry posted a video with a heartfelt message for everyone on his team and everyone who has been supporting him throughout his first-ever Olympic journey.
“1, 2, 3 Gold!!!!” Curry wrote in the caption along with his 88-second video.
“Tonight was amazing. Team USA we got gold, baby!” he said at the end of the video.

Curry’s post is going viral with over 100,000 likes and 18,000 reposts in just over an hour. Fans in the comments are calling him a legend for dropping 24 points on eight three-pointers plus his now iconic “night night” shot to ice the game for Team USA.
“Best point guard of all time,” one user declared.
“You deserve this so much goat,” another fan wrote.
“you have so much aura holy (expletive) goat,” wrote a third.
It was Curry’s first and likely only Olympics as the four-time NBA champion will be 40 when the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles roll around.
If this really is Curry’s only Olympics appearance, he’s going out as an Olympic hero and a legend.
