It’s time once again.
It’s been too long since we did a mailbag for the Golden State Warriors, in part because they’ve had an astonishingly quiet offseason thus far. We’re nearly a month into the NBA’s free agency period, and the Warriors still haven’t made a single move this month.
We’re all still expecting them to sign Al Horford and likely De’Anthony Melton as well, but the Jonathan Kuminga situation still needs to be sorted out. There have been small bits of news and rumors, such as a link to Seth Curry and confirmation that lead assistant coach Terry Stotts will be returning.
But for the most part, it’s just a holding pattern, with the start of training camp about two months away. That’s still plenty of time for a Kuminga resolution, and plenty of time for Steph Curry to play a few rounds of golf.
So let’s answer some mailbag questions. They can cover any topic about the Warriors, as we reflect on the season that was, discuss the offseason that is, and look towards the season that will be.
