49ers Announce Roster Moves, Sign 13 Players to Practice Squad

The 49ers have claimed DL Jordan Jefferson off waivers from the Jacksonville Jaguars, waived DL Evan Anderson. In addition, the team has signed 13 players to the practice squad.
