49ers Sign QB Tanner Mordecai, Place a Wide Receiver on Injured Reserve

The 49ers have signed QB Tanner Mordecai to a one-year deal. In order to make room on the roster, the team placed WR Equanimeous St. Brown on the Injured Reserve list.
