The San Francisco 49ers ran the Eagles off the field in the second half of Sunday’s NFC Championship rematch and Deebo Samuel isn’t trying to hear any excuses about the result.
Asked about the narrative that Philadelphia limped into the game after playing three games in 14 days, Deebo shut all that down.
I feel like all teams have three games in 14 days and … ain’t nothing we can do about it because we’ve been there before as well. We had two Thursday night games before and we also had a Monday night game. So it’s about focusing and re-focusing and putting your mind in positions to go out there and make plays. … We had a mindset all week long that everybody just go out there and make it count because that’s what we do and it just carried out all game long.

The Niners blew out the Eagles 42-19 thanks to a monster performance from their Swiss Army knife at wideout. Samuel finished the game with four catches for 116 yards and three total touchdowns.
The 49ers move to 9-3 and second in the NFC playoff picture.
