Money is already moving ahead of Feb. 11’s Super Bowl in Las Vegas and although the 49ers are still favored to bring home this year’s Lombardi, it’s not by nearly as much as it once was.
According to reports, San Francisco’s opening line of -3 has already been cut to just one with a lot of the early action coming in on the Chiefs.
Kansas City was once again able to take care of business and win their fourth AFC Championship in five years, while the Niners had to storm back in back-to-back rounds to make it to their eighth Super Bowl in franchise history.
Sportsbooks list the 49ers as 3 point favorites over the Chiefs.

Perhaps bettors are beginning to realize how silly it is to bet against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs who have been the underdogs in two of their three playoff games this season.
And while the 49ers may boast more big-name, All-Pro talent, Kansas City clearly has the best quarterback and a roster/staff that’s been there and done that before.
It should be interesting to see if the Chiefs end up being favorites by the time we kickoff a couple weeks from now.
