Both offensive weapons have been connected to Las Vegas often
The NFL draft is less than a month away and the speculation is in high gear.
The Las Vegas Raiders, of course, own the No 6 overall pick in the first round. Most of the mock draft and expert speculation has focused on the Raiders taking an offensive playmaker.
Most of the recent mock-draft dot connecting for the Raiders has been centered on two players — Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty and Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan.
Jeanty and McMillan have both been extremely popular mock-draft targets at No. 6 throughout the draft season.
Both choices make sense as Las Vegas has major needs at both running back and wide receiver this offseason.
There is reason to like both choices of Jeanty and McMillan.
Usually, top wide receivers are valued higher than top running backs, especially in a year like this when the running-back class is considered deeper than the wideout class.
But if the Raiders this Jeanty can have a great impact on their offense, he could be the choice at No. 6.
