10:59 a.m.: As expected, tight end Derek Carrier is back after being cut Tuesday. Expect some roster shuffling later today with, at least, one player going to the injured reserve.

8:52 a.m.: The Raiders restructured the contract of linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski. But they still have some work to do so they have a little breathing room to add a piece or two.
As teams work to get their salary cap set for in-season management, the Raiders have converted $2.885M of LB Nick Kwiatkoski’s base salary into a signing bonus, creating $2.308M in cap space.
