Website thinks pass-rusher has a chance to stick
One of the more fun things to monitor each summer during training camp is which of the Las Vegas Raiders undrafted free agents are making a major push to stick on the 53-man roster.
It happens every year when a handful or so of undrafted free agents impress enough to make the team.
Who will be the undrafted rookies to impress this summer? Well, Pro Football Network, recently identified one undrafted free agent signing from all 32 teams who think they will have the best chance to make their team’s roster in 2025.
Who was the choice for the Raiders? Minnesota defensive end Jah Joyner.
Again, expect more than one undrafted free agent to make the Raiders’ squad, but I think Joyner is a solid choice.
Many scouts thought he would be drafted and he has some intriguing natural pass-rush ability. Of course, he needs to be refined, but is an interesting project at a position where teams are always looking to develop players at. If Joyner shows the league isn’t too big for him, I wouldn’t be surprised if he found his way onto the roster come September.
