That’s a good sign
The makeup of the Las Vegas Raiders is interesting.
They have some key veterans such as Davante Adams, Maxx Crosby, Christian Wilkins and Kolton Miller who are relatively older. Yet, they also have many young key players such as Brock Bowers, Michael Mayer, Malcolm Koonce, Jack Jones and more.
It’s actually a good mix and at the moment, the Raiders are one of the younger teams in the NFL. According to a recent analyst Tyler Webb, the average age of the Raiders’ roster is 25.9 years old. It is tied for the sixth youngest roster in the league.

Of course, these stats will change after next week when the initial 53-man rosters are set, but this is an interesting number for sure.
